Sangoma AFT cards Wanpipe ConfigurationRun wanpipe configuration utility:
/usr/sbin/wancfg
Hardware Setup (AFT):
Select Hardware: Specify which AFT card installed from hardware probe.
After probing the hardware, wancfg screen should show you:
(in this example, an A101 card)

Card Type-------> A101
Physical Medium-> T1
----------------------------
Sepecify Line Type: T1 or E1
Default is T1Select Advanced Physical Medium Configuration:
Specify Line decoding, Framing, TE clock mode, etc
Select Advanced Timeslot Groups Configuration
Number of Timeslot Groups ------> 1 (number of interfaces)
For example: choose 2 interfaces ( 1 ---- 1-12 channels & 2 ---- 13-24 channels )
Select Tiemslot Group 1 configuration and put 1-12 there instead of ALL
Select Tiemslot Group 2 configuration and put 13-24 there instead of ALL
Default configuration is complete: Select <BACK>
Protocol Setup:
Select Protocol: PPP / HDCL Streaming / CHDLC / Frame Relay / ATM
Go back and configure selected protocolTake ATM as an example, you need to specify ATM encapsulation mode, VPI and VCI
Configuration is complete: Select <BACK>
Interface Setup:
By Default, Operation Mode is WANPIPE
Select: IP Address Setup
IP Info: Local =201.1.1.1
PtoP =201.1.1.2
Netmask =255.255.255.0
Gateway =201.1.1.2 (i.e. this is the system
default gateway)If you have more than 1 interfaces, you need to configure them respectively.
Configuration is complete: Select <BACK> to Save and Exit
